How can I contact you?

We are here Monday-Friday from 9am - 5pm EST. Feel free to call us with questions on our products or about running an Auto Cleanup Business. We would love to help! How soon will my order ship?

Most orders placed before 3:30pm EST will going out the same day, unless an item is backordered. Orders placed after 3:30pm EST may ship out the following business day. Standard shipping is between 3-5 business days. If you need rushed shipping, be sure to choose the appropriate shipping speed when placing your order.
What is your Return Policy?

If anything is wrong with your order, or a product you have received, please let us know as quickly as you can, and we would love to make it right! We can accept returns on unused products, for up to 30 days after purchase. If you are unsatisfied with any product, please call our Customer Service Department before making a return, and we will be happy to make things better!
